We are happy to host mid-sized weddings in our lovely ceremony garden and spacious lawn nestled in the birch forest, with the addition of a tent of your choosing, as well as a guestroom commitment.
Featuring soaring ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the birch forest, the beautiful Event Barn includes an outdoor patio, lawn, and adjacent garden ideal for intimate wedding parties.

Food and beverage minimum starts at $25,000, plus tax and service charge.
Facility fee $15,000 for up to 5 hours. Fee includes set-up, breakdown, restroom facilities, chef’s tent, and equipment.
Ceremony fee is $2,000, which includes 80 white garden chairs. Additional chairs available for rental fee.
All 56 guest rooms are required for two nights. (Some dates require longer length of stay.)
Rentals for reception are estimated at $7,000 and up.
A tent will be required, starting at $5,000 and up.
Earth buyouts are available for guests buying out Hidden Pond at a food & beverage minimum charge of $25,000, plus tax and service charge and a site fee of $3,000.
Bar set up fee is $500 per bar.
A planner is required for all events.
Buyouts are available only in May, June, September, and October.
