Hidden Pond® is thrilled to announce dog-friendly accommodations at our resort! We're welcoming your furry friends to join your vacation to Maine in one of our spacious Cottages or Bungalows. • There are four (4) dog-friendly Two-Bedroom Cottages and two (2) dog-friendly Bungalows.
• Nightly Fees:
May + October: $100 per night, up to two (2) dogs.
June, July, August + September: $200 per night, up to two (2) dogs.
• 5% of the nightly fee will be donated to the Animal Welfare Society in West Kennebunk.
• At this time, we are only accepting dogs; please no cats, mini-ponies, or iguanas.
• Please note that two dogs per room are allowed, and the maximum weight limit is 75 pounds per dog. We kindly ask that your dog be at least one year old before visiting Hidden Pond®.
• Included in all dog-friendly rooms are LL Bean dog beds, waste bags, and dog bowls for you to use while staying at Hidden Pond. Plus, each dog gets a take-home, gifted Hidden Pond dog collar.
• Dogs are not allowed in any of the hotel’s interior common areas, the pools, Tree Spa, or Earth restaurant.
• Dogs cannot be left in hotel rooms unattended unless crated.
• Please keep your dog(s) on a leash at all times when exploring the hotel grounds.
• Housekeeping services for rooms with dogs require advance scheduling through our front desk.
• Dog owners are responsible for their pets and any damage caused. You'll need to sign a pet waiver at check-in confirming your dog's vaccinations. Non-compliance will lead to early departure with full payment.
• Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Policy: ESAs are not considered service animals and are subject to hotel pet policies.
